研究工作介绍

本人长期从事表观遗传调控机的研究,重要关注以下三方面:1)基因差异表达细胞命运决定的表观遗传调控机制;2)细胞周期间表观遗传记忆的分子机制;3)表观基因组异常改变在疾病发生/发展中的致病作用。目前在Mol Cell,Nat Cell Biol,Nat CommunNat Struct & Mol Biol,Gene & Dev等国际权威学术期刊发表论文16篇(其中第一/并列第一作者论文9篇,共被他引400余。作为课题负责人主持国家自然科学基金项目3项;作为主要课题骨干参与国家重点研发计划项目1项;同时还参与了国家自然科学基金重点项目中国科学院战略性先导专项(A类和B类)等课题的研究。
